The site is very useful for beginners and people who want to improve their English skills.

Firstly, I would like to say about site  bbc learning english. On this site we can find a lot of interesting articles, videos, and answers to various questions. Also you have the opportunity to do exercises for new words. I watched the video: Mexico's father of fun and learned some new words:

I looked at two dictionaries. As for me http://lingvopro.abbyyonline.com/ru is more convenient. I do not like the design of this site: http://www.multitran.ru. But multitran has a lot of interesting links that may be useful. In lingvo-dictionary you can find definitions, synonyms, antonyms, a lot of variants of translations and examples. In multitran you can find specialized translations, definitions. Moreover this site has forum, where you can discuss topics that interest you. All in all both of this dictionaries is useful to translations.
